How do I book a court?
Browse available slots on our booking page, pick your court, date, and time, enter your details, and pay to confirm. Your booking confirmation will be sent to your email.
Do I need an account to book?
No account required. Just enter your name, mobile number, and email when you book. Returning players are recognized automatically.
Where are you located and is parking available?
We are at 119 Brgy. Santor Tanauan City Batangas, Tanauan, Philippines, 4232. Parking Available.
What should I wear?
Sports attire and non-marking court shoes. Slippers, slides, flip-flops, and sandals are not allowed.
Do you provide equipment?
Paddles and balls are available for rent. You can add rentals when booking or request them at the front desk.
Can I bring food, drinks, or pets?
Bottled water is allowed on the courts. All other food and beverages stay in the lounge area. Pets are not allowed inside the facility.
Can I celebrate events at Lily's?

Facility rules
- Sports attire and non-marking court shoes required. Slippers, slides, flip-flops, and sandals are not allowed.
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the facility.
- Alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside the facility.
- Bottled water is allowed on the courts. All other food and beverages must stay in the lounge area.
- Kids are welcome to play. Non-playing children must stay in the designated play area with a guardian.
- Pets are welcome if leashed and supervised at all times.
- Start and end your session on time so the next group can begin without delays.
- Be friendly to fellow players and staff. No rough play, foul language, or unsportsmanlike conduct.
- Keep the area clean and return all borrowed paddles, balls, and equipment after use.
- Wet courts can be slippery. Wait until the court is dry and safe before playing. Report any injuries or damage to staff right away.
- Keep your belongings safe. Management is not responsible for lost items or injuries during play.
- Rescheduling and power interruptions: Let us know at least 3 days before your booked date to reschedule. A fee of ₱100 per hour applies for power interruptions during evening bookings.
Open Play policy
If a session is cancelled by the venue, confirmed players receive venue credit equal to what they paid. No cash refunds.
If you can no longer attend, you can release your slot at any time before the session starts. Releases made more than 2 hours before the session receive venue credit equal to what you paid.
